拌金針菇的做法︰

原料︰

金針菇,臘八豆,蔥花,蒜茸,紅辣椒(或剁辣椒)

 

 




配料︰

芝麻油,鹽,生抽

做法︰
1、金針菇洗淨切除根部,在滾水裡焯一焯,撈出控干備用;一個人的世界

2、油鍋內倒入麻油,將蔥花,蒜茸,以及臘八豆倒入鍋內爆香,加入適量鹽,倒入生抽拌勻成為調味汁;

3、將調味汁澆在金針菇上,拌勻即可食用。
